No pros the company is horrible

Cons

Sexual harassment report on manager gets you no where. Company allows people to use racial slurs and retaliation from management of employees who go to HR. Nothing you speak to HR is confidential. You are either fired or harassed until you quit. Fratanization amongst management and regular employees. If you do not agree with them you are targeted. They will fire you for he say she say. You can not move up in company unless you are friend of management. They also have employed a manager still who has been reported for sexual harassment several times with no disciplinary action.

Pros

The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

Cons

Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
