Pros

Other than Mon-Fri 8-5 work schedule and some so-so benefits, there is no other pro about working here.

Cons

-Management starting from SVP, VP, Director down to Managers are CLUELESS. -Sales Managers hired from outside due to favouritism (he knew the Director), not based on his competence. -Sales Manager who knew nothing about the Sales Rep's job. Never spent a day in Sales Rep's shoes. -The system is a complete mess. Left hand not knowing what right hand is doing. -Your compensation as Sales Rep is based on pure luck. If your customer fuels good for 10 straight weeks, then you're good. If not, for reasons beyond your control, you're screwed. -No matter how hard you work or how skilful you are as Salesman/-woman, it doesn't matter for FleetCor. They can put a monkey there, as long as it somehow magically manages to get people to fuel for 10 weeks, that's all that matters. On the other hand, you can be a great Salesman and sells millions of fuel cards, meaning you have done your job, it means nothing to FleetCor and you don't see a dime in commission unless people start fueling. What if they don't start fueling for reasons beyond your control? Force them? Put a gun on their heads? You see the absurdity of their system? It's really an insult to your intelligence and salesmanship. -No integrity in upper management. A director walked around the sales floor flashing a gift card to whomever gets an application. She later changed her story when confronted why she didn't give that gift card to the rightful person. Talking about low morale among Sales Reps! -Tons of issues with their IT system. Cards not working at certain gas stations, while they touted their card as so-called "universal". -Unsuspecting customers get hit with outrageous fees. Sales reps encouraged to lie to customers. -To make it worse, FleetCor’s rebate/discount system is not working. Customers are not getting the rebate/discount as promised. -No real account management. Basically, FleetCor says "F.U." to all their customers after 10 weeks period. As simple as that. FleetCor doesn't care if customers drop dead after 10 weeks. -Ridiculous quotas. When only 1 or 2 out of 10 reach your quota on a consistent basis, then you should know there is something seriously wrong. -Extremely HIGH turnover rate. It's really like a big revolving door. Management doesn't seem to care. Nor does HR. And mind you, not only those who don't make their numbers/quota (which is ridiculous, see above) who quit, but also those that have been "successful", even made it to President's Club also quit FleetCor. Makes you wonder why. -A hostile environment that thrives on threat and intimidation. Management is CLUELESS and can only threat and intimidate Sales Reps. -Managers don't talk to each other. Managers hate other managers who were supposed to work together, instead of against each other. -Very obvious favouritism. They don't care if you succeed or not. They don't invest in your wellbeing as Sales Rep and as human being in general. -All Sales Reps are busy looking for another job. Morale is VERY low. -Overall, a highly toxic environment to spend your 40 hours a week.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your contributions during your time with Corpay. We appreciate you highlighting the positive aspects of your experience, particularly compensation, benefits, and insurance coverage. Those elements are an important part of the overall employee experience and can provide meaningful support and stability. At the same time, we understand that strong pay and benefits do not fully compensate for an experience in which employees feel unsupported by management. Leadership has a significant influence on how employees experience their day-to-day work, how valued they feel, and whether they believe their well-being and contributions are being taken seriously. Your comments reflect the importance of management not only driving results, but also demonstrating care, accountability, and engagement with the people behind the work. Feedback like yours is valuable because it highlights the difference between offering solid compensation and creating an environment where employees also feel respected and supported. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and helping bring attention to an area that can have a meaningful impact on morale, trust, and long-term retention.
