Pros

Good benefits Hybrid options Remote options

Cons

I gave nearly 8 years to this company, only to be axed in yet another corporate 'restructuring'—one of many that have become routine. Before the rebrand from FLEETCOR to Corpay, it actually felt like a stable, decent place with reasonable leadership and focus on employees. After the name change and new priorities kicked in, it all went downhill fast: nonstop budget slashing, endless department shake-ups and reorganizations, repeated layoffs (often yearly or framed as 'transformations'), and intense micromanagement from the top down. The endless uncertainty left everyone in fear of being the next one out the door, turning a once-great company into a place where loyal, long-term employees are treated as disposable. The CEO is a complete joke—still facing serious heat from the FTC after a federal appeals court in January 2026 upheld findings of deceptive practices, hidden fees, and unfair billing (including nearly $213 million in improper late fees alone, plus hundreds of millions more in unauthorized charges). Upper management pushed us to overlook or downplay serious compliance and operational issues just to keep clients happy and revenue flowing—no matter the risks or ethics involved. Don't work here. Seriously—run the other way if you value stability, respect, or any sense of job security!!!!!!!!"

Thank you for sharing your experience and for your many years with the company. We truly value feedback from employees who have been with us for so long, and we appreciate the dedication it takes to contribute for nearly a decade. We’re glad to know that benefits and flexible work options were positive for you. We also understand how difficult and frustrating it can be when changes like restructurings affect employees who have put in so much time and effort. Business changes and acquisitions can create uncertainty, so we know how important it is to communicate clearly and help employees understand what’s happening and how it might affect them. We take your comments about leadership communication, workplace stability, and employee morale seriously. Keeping trust during times of change means being open, consistent, and respectful to everyone who helps the company succeed. We are working to improve how we share decisions and support employees during transitions. You also mentioned concerns about ethics, compliance, and leadership accountability. Following strong compliance practices and acting with integrity are essential to our business. If there are any concerns that these standards are not met, we take them seriously and review them through our established processes. Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We’re sorry that your experience ended on a difficult note, but we truly appreciate your years of contributions and wish you all the best in your future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your contributions to Corpay. We’re pleased you found the company people-oriented and valued our work-life balance and diversity. These qualities are essential to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace. We also recognize that transparency is vital for employees to assess their experience and long-term opportunities. Limited communication and visibility can impact confidence, alignment, and trust. Your feedback is valuable as it highlights both our cultural strengths and the need for greater clarity and openness. Thank you for your balanced perspective. Insights like yours help us recognize what is working well and where we can continue to improve.
