Pros
Small town feel for a district, but also has many resources. Superintendent Dr. Brad Hunt learns the teachers names and personally invests in relationships with staff. The students are at the center of every decision. Amazing district to work for.
Cons
The normal struggles of any district in public education. Coppell ISD does a great job of supporting teachers despite the demands placed on them.
