HR is inconsistent with policy causing frustration and sense of unfairness. People treated differently depending on who you are. No reason to do a great job here- pay is always the same, recognition is always the same. Rules are broken all the time and nobody does anything about it anymore. If you are looking for a place to retire to this is a good place for you to get a job.
