This company has given me so much opportunity. I have been here most if of my professional career and hope to finish here. Just like anything else in life you have to put in the work to see the results. I have worked hard and stood by this company and they have stood by me in return. Look forward to my continued future here! Things happen in life and Coopervision is very understanding of that. A lot of other company's similar to a warehouse environment are not on the same level as Coopervision with understanding, compassion, and professionalism.
Cons
The way the world is now. I still think floor team and all the way up are under paid. The US is at 9.1% inflation rate currently. With only giving staff an average of 3% increase yearly will lead to us in my opinion loosing some great employees if that continues.
