Pros
I've worked at CooperVision's distribution center for years and believe the environment , culture and employee experience to be the best kept secret in Rochester. The business and the facility leaders have provided great support and consideration during the pandemic and truly appreciate the effort and work their team members do. The operation is focused on providing great products and great customer service. The day to day work is fast paced and can be challenging ( lots of OT) but there is a lot of opportunity to learn new things and work with a very diverse group of people literally from all over the world. They also they promote from within a lot. Managers really care about their employees and the operation director Jim tells us all the time that it is the employees that make CooperVision a world class company. The company is always growing which gives employees the chance to grow too.
Cons
Too much OT sometimes but it isn't always mandatory so sometimes you don't have to work it.
