Pros

Stable company, guaranteed hours, benefits if you actually get hired on from a temp

Cons

This is the worse place i have ever worked for. No work - life balance whatsoever. They can spring mandatory overtime on you at any time they see fit, and no matter what is going on you MUST do it. They try and run the place on a very bare minimum workforce and work you like a slave. In the summer months it gets unbearably hot. Extremely unqualified management ( supervisors & coordinators ) no matter how busy it may be, these people will not lift a finger to help out. The company has an internet policy of work related sites only and management openly uses facebook, ebay, youtube, restaurants openly ( non work related ) and lowers morale when people are working hard. Also i worked nights and the bathrooms are a filthy disgusting mess. Not even fit for an animal. Paper towels all over the place, urine all over the floor and toilets. I worked at the distribution warehouse in henrietta. Also it is near impossible to get an answer from anyone in management for even the simplest questions. They either dont know the answer or to afraid to say the wrong thing. Also majority of the co workers are miserable, dont want to be there and extremely negative. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time in this place. Even fast food is better and has better morale and scheduling. Oh and they string temps along for years on end and NEVER hire on as a full time worker of their own
