11yDear writer, thanks a lot for the pointers that you've made. Some of your pointers are already high on our agenda or we've tackled them.
For example: as a fast growing company we've experienced a couple of growing pains. We've successfully hired a number of senior colleagues to help on this, in addition to that we've changed the structure where needed.
Of course this will need constant attention. Thanks for helping us on that!
