Just starting, there's some processes that need to be adjusted

It’s a fast-paced environment, but in a good way — there’s energy, ownership, and a lot of opportunity to make an impact. If you enjoy collaboration, transparency, and being part of a team that’s building something ambitious, this is a great place to be.
