      Pros

      New company has new modern set of values. More opportunity for advancement. The new management is great. The former product manager was difficult to work with. Would not listen to suggestions, did not get along with vendors, very little respect for employees. He even told some of the employees that IMS would be out of business within a year unless the company was sold.

      Cons

      Getting used to the new culture has been a challenge for some employees.

      Good culture for the most part. Decent pay. Good leadership mostly. Bad management tends to get weeded out eventually.

      Culture can vary, depending on who's in charge/office location, etc.

      Friendly environment, flexibility, decent pay, opportunity for promotion or position change depending on your location

      Cons

      V&Bs are no longer at the front of how the company is led, teamwork is another way to manipulate you into doing more work for the same pay, concentration on administration costs results in giving more work to people who stay when others leave
