      Small business feel Does right by it's employees Competitive pay Industry leaders with good reputation

      Cons

      Each CTC is run pretty independently, which means some of them can be mismanaged and suck to work for Health Insurance options are pretty weak

      Friendly environment, flexibility, decent pay, opportunity for promotion or position change depending on your location

      Cons

      V&Bs are no longer at the front of how the company is led, teamwork is another way to manipulate you into doing more work for the same pay, concentration on administration costs results in giving more work to people who stay when others leave
