Some really great people below management level. They have some high profile companies as customers and interesting projects to work on.
Cons
Dysfunctional and confused management. Terrible communication between management and staff. Unprofessional in how they treat staff. Lack of training and direction for new staff. Poor adherence to technical standards and safety from what I saw. Massive variations in pay and conditions between staff carrying out the same role. Culture of secrecy and blame. Company policies changed on a whim. High staff turnover.
