      Pros

      Fair working conditions. Barbecue and free burgers and hotdogs three times a year. If you are unemployed, you can work here until you find a better job.

      Cons

      They don't deliver what they promise. They advertise themselves as being better than their competitor companies however this is just an advertisement and a cover up for the company flows. There is no management and command hierarchy and the company operates by individuals and personal decisions.

      Friendly environment, flexibility, decent pay, opportunity for promotion or position change depending on your location

      Cons

      V&Bs are no longer at the front of how the company is led, teamwork is another way to manipulate you into doing more work for the same pay, concentration on administration costs results in giving more work to people who stay when others leave
