Pros
Lots of work, a fast-paced call center job, and you could become a lead in less than a year as they promote people quickly due to loss of employees
Cons
Hours, Pay, Expected to do other department's jobs, they do NOT prep you well to deal with angry customers or the systems before just throwing you on the phones (in the event you say you are not ready they tell you that you will just get used to it and no more training is provided)
