You get a $1 raise once you get to production

What they don’t tell you is when taking calls for health insurance you are required to do two hours mandatory overtime the whole month of January and other peak times. Also when there were any payroll issues we had to wait until after our pay period to get paid. Nesting was unorganized we literally had someone who didn’t know they were assisting my class for the day. If you need help on a call sups are so busy they cannot help I felt bad for them. And also if a client wants to speak with a supervisor good luck its not possible. The stress is not worth it
