They send you equipment (expect headphone/mic) and You get paid for 13 weeks of training
Cons
The absolute WORSE company to work for under a partnership with Verizon. 13 weeks of paid training but once you get into production they are basically throwing you to the wolves and the supervisors NEVER want to take any ESCO CALLS and leave it for the reps to take all the blame. They are only concerned about reps making customers bills higher by calling it “Adding Value” better know as “UPSELLING” and you have to meet a certain metric or you are brought into coaching. They would rather you lie to customers than tell the cx the truth. Majority of the calls are due to cx wanting to LOWER their bill due to lies of being up-sold by previous reps and/or PROMOs that are not applied correctly. If reps decrease the customers bill in anyway it negatively impacts our metrics and you will be called into a coaching. The supervisors are VERY lazy, unsupportive and DO NOT ASSIST the reps or customers at all. WORST WORK FROM HOME COMPANY EVER. THE PAY IS TOO LOW ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE STRESS YOU ARE OUT UNDER.
