Pros

50 calls per day leads to an outstanding aptitude for complex situations Supervisors being consistently unavailable for hours on end leads to top level de-escalation techniques

Cons

The pay is awfully low, overtime is required, bonus programs are intentionally confusing and do not pay out, the management team is unsupportive and often times payment is withheld due to clerical error.

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
