Pros

You can work from home.

Cons

They cancel breaks when it’s too busy, and sometimes you just never get breaks. They make you clock out when you need to go to the bathroom. They expect you to get setup for your shift unpaid and they also don’t pay you if you experience technical difficulties

Cons

Job security may be fragile, ie; when a contract ends there are reduction in workforce.
