Great teammates, interactive training, plenty of resources for how to help customers
Cons
I have lost over 120 hours (Unpaid)due to technical issues on the company's fault. It can take as much 8 hours on hold with I.T. just to get scheduled for a tech to call you back. Management is hit or miss- some are great, helpful, and funny. Others don't respond, don't follow through, and won't have your back.
