Pros
The starting salary is higher than most other call centers. The leadership is supportive and works hard to make your job enjoyable. Lots of recognition, rewards and/or fun days. Plenty of flexibility to go to school and work and reasonable requests are normally met. There is a lot of consistency - your shift and supervisor will not normally change. The people you work with are awesome.
Cons
I dont have things to complain about. When I think something can be better, I let leadership know and we come up with a way to address it.
