Relativelly small stress, good environment, good overall stability of the company on the market, important endowment with good to very good equipments, enough money to support top activities.
Cons
Management experience (weak), the salarry seems to be the single motivation and the single way to demotivate the employees, professional growth much dependent on the needs of customer despite the inclinations.
