      Pay is fair, Routine job, nice location

      Cons

      Basically the place is Development only though it is called R&D center, following order is the only way. Moreover, there is no culture for valuing people as well as the skills. First time in my career understand what a screw is. Furthermore, the management hasn't moved their position since 10 years ago, there is no way they can follow up the trend in the industry.

      Pros

      Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

      Cons

      Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
