Pros

Flexi hour, laptop that can bring home. If superior likes u, u can get paid n promoted for doing nothing at all.

Cons

Lower pay than other companies in the same industry and way lower compared to other industry. Say one thing, do one thing. Unfair treatment even in the same team. Very bad work bully environment. No justice served even bully incidents brought to director level. If boss decided not to promote a staff, the staff will stay as junior level for more than 15 years. Reporting to superior who has zero knowledge about our job. Appraisal and bonus based PURELY on feedback system and not observation from superior. All based on management gut feeling to judge. One can be promoted for no reason or doing nothing and just claim colleague's credit. If one is liked by superior then one is lucky to be promoted all the way to manager even he/she knows very little. Technical knowledge is NEVER appreciated. If ever have chance to join, just try to make superior happy and career path is guaranteed. Even concerns raised to HR, they will disregard if by saying superior's decision is final.

Pros

Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
