Pros

There's a wide range of great technology to learn. IT support is good such as nice quality laptops and latest tools.

Cons

Management preys on the naïve and hardworking. Poor compensation compared to workload. Promotion is rare. Instead, hardworking engineers are given more tasks. Work is assigned to you exponentially unless you voice out. Many teams are under-staffed. Turnover rate is high. Long working hours have become a norm. It is not good for family and health. Many software engineers don't bother anymore because they can quit anytime for a better job.

Pros

Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
