Incredibly dysfunctional Organization as a whole
Building is not maintained too well anymore
Management only cares about their advancement
Individual Contributors are either coasting or pushed out by the management team
Business does not pay bills on time
No room for professional growth/advancement
Nepotism
No product advancement
Management constantly changing direction
Weak technical talent
Low Compensation for a large company in Silicon Valley (at the IC level at least)
Individual achievements/performance is not a factor for promotions or advancement
Most people do not care about the project
Decisions are made by the largest complainer
Lack of mentorship for lower level engineers
Individual contributors are scapegoats
Bureaucracy for everything
Managers makes false promises to thier managees.
No transparency
Main company is pretty much a cult and you are expected to fall in line and say how great this place is and how great the company is doing. Any issues that go against the status quo are met with responses such as "We will create a committee to investigate the issues in 3 quarters" which always yields "There was nothing wrong with the existing process"
