Huge Team, Good workplace for Embedded System

Cons

BAD HR. HR disrespects software developer. "Disrespect" may be a tactic, which used to lower salary expectations. But it is really a Stupid and NOT-Working tactic. "Disrespect" increases the cost by creating barriers to effective communication. Finally, it will destroy a development team. The HR builds a bad image of Continental Germany.

Pros

Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
