Thanks for taking the time to write a great review! I’m happy that you’re enjoying the client work, our team, our benefits, and perks like our Lunch & Learns, and snacks. As you’ve experienced, we optimize for in-person collaboration in our office because it reduces friction in work, creates predictability, increases team productivity and therefore avoids overtime! That being said, we have decided to change our hours to 9 to 5 to encourage a positive work/life balance.
