Pros
Supportive of remote work if available in your department. Most of the leadership I worked under was kind and respectful. Ok for a beginning job to gain experience.
Cons
Lack motivation to increase pay to their employees, even though they communicate the company excelled or met financial goals and expectations. Some departments will receive increases while others will not. Lack cohesiveness as a company everyone does not reap the benefits of the company success. Favoritism is easily identified in the company and though they showcase diversity and inclusion the efforts are lacking,
