      Pros

      Remote and that's about the only benefit. Good company to build some experience in a larger company.

      Cons

      Only 10 days of PTO. 4-5 holidays a year. overwork you. benefits subpar. no bonus, no raises, no incentives to do better. Overworked employees, high attrition rate, offshore India team is worked to death and I feel bad for them.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
