Remote work is available. Literally the ONLY pro.
Cons
Management is AWFUL with communication, morale, and transparency. They always have you feeling like your very disposable....so everyone keeps an updated resume. Everything is so top secret that you often find out news from other employees. The management is VERY deceiving to the client. They force you to take an "ethics" training, yet most if not all executives do not follow it. We are told to "spin" the story to sound better or not to include all the facts. Its run like a "good ol' boys" club, where if you're not part of the upper echelon, you're basically disposable to them.
