      No Pros. its a bad startup

      No appraisal from 2 years Irrelevant policies Power cuts weekly in name of Green India Project No Growth Personally and Professionally Only have people Managers so don't except technical help from superiors. Positions are fixed like stone, so no Promotions Work is getting lesser by days , so you have plenty of time for fun , study or Prep. for interviews.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
