      Pros

      The only thing beneficial about being on this job was the starting pay of 13.50 and I didn't have to be on the telephone in the position I held.

      Cons

      No room for growth, no salary increase in spite of successful performance reviews. Say s money not in budget when I was with the company for 3 years! Stuck doing the same thing, no growth within

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
