Pros

Good hours (unless the client fires you for no reason and management doesn't have you back), some awesome clients and co-workers

Cons

Terrible communication between management and staff, treated unfairly, no overtime pay, clients being abusive, management not adequately explaining thoroughly all the variables involved with different clients, being started as servants instead of employees....

Very kind and supportive work environment. My position and role has been made very clear to me. I have felt so welcome by everyone here!

Thus far, I have not experienced anything I would call a con!

Pros

Great community of people who are supportive and caring. The work environment is positive with constantly striving for excellence. The schedule and leadership are consistent and reliable.

Cons

It is primarily a stationary role with little movement required.
