Pros
For a food service company, the hours are usually great, M-F unless there are special catered events. The benefits package is great, there are 9 paid holidays annually, health insurance is reasonable with tiered levels to choose from. Also compass group reaches out nationwide and internationally so there is alot of room to grow and transfer just about anywhere in the world.
Cons
Working in a client contract postion can mean that once the contract is up it may not be renewed so you are under constant pressure to constantly exceed expectations and basically jump through hoops every day. This can become very draining if you are not careful.
