Pros
Steady job, manager is a cool person (not a good manager), easy work as there is nothing to do 4 out of 7 hours.
Cons
Basic items were not available so in order to do job, I had to buy things. Inventory takes 3 days and VP is more concerned with how polished a metal surface is than having expired items on the floor. Manager spends all day in the office so there's only one person helping make drinks, check out people, heat food, help other restaurants.
