Pros
-i liked some of my coworkers -drinks in the cafeteria were free -10% discount on some of the food -this company got sued by a former employee and folks got paid settlement checks
Cons
-severely overworked (you get hired for one job, you end up doing 2-3 jobs in one shift) -i tried going down work by a day but i was still forced to work overtime -severe understaffing, lots of call outs, people were always exhausted -they stopped giving us paper paystubs and weren’t properly calculating our PTO and wages were missing -lots of micro-managing, some managers harassed you constantly -unrealistic expectations: had to spend 2.5 minutes to capture breakfast, lunch and dinner orders for each patient, expected to complete filling out a meal tray in under a minute, had to correct meal tickets within an hour while also monitoring faxes, phone calls, and in person office visits from medical staff
