      Great pay, consistent hours, amazing coworkers.

      Cons

      Management was horrible, couldn't plan things out well and blamed it on their employees. Very corporate, you're just another cog in the wheel.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
