      Pros

      To an experienced cook, it’s pretty corporate. So the promotion from within (if any,) has nothing to do with food. If you can deal with that truth, you’ll be fine.

      Cons

      Bonuses are more important than the residents. It’s a depressing cherry on top.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
