      Depending on the sector, there could be no nights, weekends, or holidays.

      Cons

      In recent years, I have seen managers favoring their personal hires. A lack of empathy in general for employees. Placing blame on employees who leave a toxic work environment, instead of bettering their management.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
