      1. The managers used to behave as if we were robots (No drinking water in front of the customers or wherever a customer could see) 2. Weren't given proper food even in the meal pass 3. Schedule used to be designed very bad

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
