      Pros

      Good overall corporate culture. If you do your thing and just stay under the radar, without making startling changes, you are good to go.

      Cons

      None that I can think of that would be worth posting. Usual politics and so forth, but, thats just the way a big company is. Sort of the turtle named Mack principle...

      Unlimited pto, great colleagues, and good work life balance.

      Cons

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
