      Had weekend off Worked days no nights

      Had to deal with some bad management that couldn’t balance proper time for breaks or when it was time to leave and hours were constantly cut

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
