      Pros

      Great insurance, good culture for POC and LGBT folks. Lots of good people. I left because of other opportunities, and was sad to leave this position.

      Cons

      You’ll never feel apart of the account you support. Management can be a bit lax about communicating policy changes.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
