Pros
I loved the first 18 months with this company. My skills were welcomed with open arms and many companies will behave like that to new employees. The benefits from the Compass Group are actually pretty good- better than a lot of other corporations offer.
Cons
So many complain about management in this company and it doesn't matter what location. I have never seen a company so poorly run as the Compass Group. When you say you care about your employees you need to care about all of them or how about just show you care about any of them. The Compass Group doesn't care at all. People who should be fired aren't. Advancing within the company can take a long time, a ridiculous length of time. Too many excuses are made about everything. If I could have given an overall rating a zero, I would.
