      Great to work with, new GM is amazing and all management below her are experienced and helpful.

      Cons

      Summer hours are spotty and all over the place, but they are fairly clear about that long before it starts being an issue.

      felxible schedule, good pay, easy job. just set up event, make sure to restock buffets, buss tables, and takedown event.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
