      Get to interact with amazing people and this company is very safety oriented

      Too cut throat. Everyone's out for themselves. No real teamwork and salaries are not fair with regards to motivation and dedication.

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
