      -Great benefits -Pay was decent

      Cons

      -Poor leadership -lack of diversity (I noticed majority of the team I was in was mainly Latino/as as I am a Filipino) nothing wrong with that though it would have been great to have a little more diversity than that. But only having 2 filipinos and 1 white person is not considered diversity when half the team is Latino/a. -Micromanagement -HUGE bias

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
