      Finally raised hourly pay to a "livable" wage.

      Cons

      Tells you how 401(c) financially helping you are to disperse funds despite what the IRS says. HR is IMPOSSIBLE to contact. You literally have to sue them for discrimination for them to finally give a s***.

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.
