      Pros

      People, people, people - I love the teams I work with, and the management really wants to do what is right. Also, growth....there is tremendous opportunity and excitement for the future.

      Cons

      The company is so large and decentralized that it hasnt found the balance of how to implement accountability across businesses - streamline processes and create necessary governance.

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
